Cindy stresses that “All ages — both men and women — will benefit from Pilates. It is safe, fun, and effective. You can start at any age. I started at 75 years old. My friend read about the studio in Women’s Edition Magazine and we wanted to check it out. Three years later I am still a client and going strong. They really keep the place beautifully clean and keep an eye on you. If Cindy or her gals see that you need a correction in form, they will tell you right away. Even though I suffered a broken hip a year and a half ago, I have had no need for a hip replacement. As I continue to attend classes twice a week, I really believe my Pilates was responsible for my quick healing.
